Data controller
For information submitted directly through this website or in connection with an enquiry, ProdRescue acts as controller unless another arrangement is agreed for a specific engagement.
Data processed
Data may include identity and contact information, company details, project URLs, enquiry content, correspondence and limited technical or security information generated when the website is accessed.
Purposes and lawful bases
Enquiries and pre-contract communications are generally processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Client communications and service delivery may be processed for contractual necessity. Security, fraud prevention, administration and appropriate business records may be processed on the basis of legitimate interests. Certain records may be retained to comply with legal obligations. Consent is used where required.
Recipients
Personal data may be handled by providers necessary for hosting, email delivery, security and related infrastructure. Access is limited to what is reasonably required.
International transfers
Where a provider processes personal data outside the EEA or United Kingdom, transfers should rely on an applicable adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another lawful mechanism where required.
Retention
Personal data is kept only as long as necessary for enquiries, service delivery, legitimate records, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions and exceptions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where consent is the lawful basis, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Automated decisions
ProdRescue does not use enquiry information on this website to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority where you live or work, or where you believe an infringement occurred.
