ProdRescue provides technical consulting, software development, project rescue and related engineering services. This policy explains how information submitted through this website is handled.

Basic technical information may also be processed by the hosting environment and security services used to operate and protect the website.

Information is used to review enquiries, communicate with prospective and existing clients, assess requested work, provide services, maintain security, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and keep appropriate business records.

Project information

Do not submit passwords, private keys, payment card information or other credentials through the enquiry form. Sensitive technical material should only be provided after an appropriate secure exchange method has been agreed.

Service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, email and security providers where necessary to operate the website and deliver communications. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect forms against automated abuse.
